Orange salad with honey glazed beets

Ingredients

  • 375 g Jakobsens Acacia Honey
  • 5 oranges
  • 625 g white cabbage
  • 250 g salad mix
  • 375 g yellow beets
  • 250 g apple vinegar
  • 250 g good oil
  • Urter
  • Butter for frying

Preparation

1. Peel the oranges and cut them into 1 cm slices. Heat a frying pan and fry the oranges in honey.

2. Peel the yellow beets and cut them into halves or slices. Boil them until tender and fry them in butter and honey.

3. Finely chop the cabbage and toss with the salad. Season with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.

4. Toss the oranges and honey-glazed beets with the white cabbage.

5. Arrange the salad and garnish with herbs.
