Porridge cake à la mazarin

1. Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

2. Add the wheat flour mixed with baking powder and mix the dough until smooth.

3. Finally stir in the melted margarine.

4. Place the dough in a greased baking tin, cover with the fruit purée and press into the dough.

5. Sprinkle with a little sugar and ground ginger if desired.

6. Place the cake in a cold oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the cake on the reheat for another 15 minutes.
