Beef skewer with chilli sauce

Preparation

1. Brown the beef in the olive oil.

2. Brown the cabbage, carrots and mushrooms.

3. Add the chilli sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in the grated cheese.

4. Spread the meat sauce in an ovenproof dish.

5. Roll out the puff pastry and spread over the meat sauce.

6. Brush the puff pastry with egg and place in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
