Honey-chocolate cake

Preparation

1. Mix together the eggs, orange concentrate, melted butter, melted chocolate and honey.

2. Mix the other ingredients and fold in.

3. Put the dough in a gastronomic dish or springform pan.

4. Bake at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Tips for decoration/serving:
Can be served with Skælskør Frugtplantage® cherry sauce with a little cinnamon and whipped cream mixed with icing sugar and cinnamon.

Alternatively, immediately after baking, spread the cake with 200 g Skælskør Frugtplantage® orange or apricot jam and sprinkle with 100 g hazelnut flakes.
