Chicken breast in orange sauce

Preparation

1. Place the chicken breast fillets in a greased ovenproof dish.

2. Cut the shallots into cubes and lightly fry in olive oil.

3. Add orange juice, orange marmalade and raisins. Bring to the boil and season with salt if necessary.

4. Pour the sauce over the chicken breast fillets.

5. Put the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

6. Toast the blanched almonds in a pan or in the oven and sprinkle over the finished dish.
