Baked red cabbage with blueberries

Preparation

1. Coarsely chop the red cabbage and mix with the blueberry porridge, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. If desired, add dried thyme and/or walnut kernels.

2. Cook at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.

3. Turn around a few times along the way.
