Sliders with honey marinated chicken thighs

1. Preheat the oven to 225°C.

2. Make the honey lemon marinade by simmering the honey and lemon for 10 minutes.

3. Salt the boneless chicken thighs and then spread the
the honey-lemon marinade over the thighs.

4. Bake or grill them until golden and sticky from the
the caramelized marinade.

5. Rinse the lettuce and warm the burger buns.

6. Cut the buns in half and spread a generous amount of chipotle mayonnaise on both the top and bottom.

7. Place 1-2 suitably sized lettuce leaves on the base.

8. Add a piece of chicken and top with pickles.
