Your main tasks

P&L responsible for own customers covering strong national and regional accounts

Responsible for budget and planning, including sales forecasting

Build strategic partnerships with key customers through close dialog and regular customer visits

Conducting annual negotiations

Implementing category strategies to achieve our growth goals

Build and apply insight-based knowledge of the market, chain customers, shopper and consumer behavior to develop and implement category and customer plans

Launching new products and campaigns in collaboration with the Brand & Product Manager

Collaborate across our commercial team as well as other cross-functional teams in Good Food Group.

Qualifications and skills

We are looking for a sales professional who builds long-term relationships and makes things happen:

  • Experience and proven results from selling to Danish retailers
  • A relevant education such as cand.merc, HD or equivalent
  • Analytical with strong negotiation skills
  • Good IT skills (Office suite including Excel) and experience with ERP systems
  • Fluent in Danish and English at negotiation level

To be successful in this position, we expect you to be:

  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset
  • Outgoing and able to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues
  • Structured, decisive and able to maintain an overview in pressured situations
