Preparation

1. Blend beans or chickpeas with 4 dl water.

2. Dissolve the yeast with 1 dl water.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix the dough slowly in the mixer for about 1 minute.

4. Continue at 80% speed for 6 minutes.

5. Leave the dough to rise, covered, overnight.

6. Roll out the dough on a floured board and cut into 12-14 balls.

7. Let the buns rise for about 1 hour.

8. Bake in the oven at 225 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
