Quick Cook bulgur and quinoa mix form the base of these small beetroot dishes, which are an easy addition to a meat-free day. The meat can be shaped into small meatballs, but is also useful for burger patties, for example.

Procedure

1. Coarsely grate onion and beetroot and mix with quick cook bulgur and quinoa mix, hummus, egg, wheat flour, salt and pepper.

2. Shape the meatballs into small patties or burger patties and fry in oil until crispy.

3. Can be pre-fried in a pan and then finished in the oven.

4. Serve with crisp salad, chopped beetroot and sunflower seeds and aioli with chilli.
