Preparation

1. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions.

2. Toss sesame seeds with honey and bake for 6 minutes at 190°C.

3. Cut the apples into a suitable size.

4. Chop the mint.

5. Toss the cooked quinoa with baby spinach,
grilled peppers, green olives and apples.

6. Arrange the salad mixture on a platter and top with
honey roasted sesame seeds, mint and Italian dressing.
